(December 12, 2007 By Troy Brakefield, Staff Writer) For those driving, walking or biking near the intersection of Bethany and Alma drives, they probably noticed a new fixture in the skyline: a windmill. The windmill — or turbine to be more precise — is the latest brainstorm of artist Brad Goldberg’s to come to fruition.
(December 4, 2007) Artist Brad Goldberg, with the help of Sustainable Structures of Texas, put the finishing touches on one of Montgomery Farm’s most dynamic features when the 90-foot windmill was placed on top of his Cisterna sculpture at the intersection of Bethany and Alma.
