Developers of the Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm mixed-use development in Allen have signed some new retail and office tenants.
Homeland HealthCare leased 25,000 square feet of office space in the project at U.S. Highway 75 and Bethany Road, developer Trademark Property Co said Wednesday.
And several new retailers – including Apricot Lane, Filthy Rich, Luke’s Locker, Allen Yoga Center and Red Mango – have rented space in the ground floor shopping center.
About 37,000 square feet of new leasing has been done in the project.
“In addition to the newly signed leases, we are currently in lease negotiations with several tenants totaling 33,500 square feet and have now leased 126 residential units,” Trademark CEO Terry Montesi said in a statement. “This leasing momentum demonstrates the strength of this new urban neighborhood.”
Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm is a 52-acre project with more than 1 million square feet of retail, office and apartments. The first phase opened in May 2008 and is anchored by retailers Market Street, Borders, DSW and Sephora.
