 A graduate of Texas A&M in Architecture, he also holds several Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including City Planning and Urban Design. Bill leads a firm which balances an array of corporate consulting assignments with local planning and urban design work related to public-private partnerships, as well as Mixed Use and Transit Oriented Development projects.
